We proudly offer both baked, ready-to-eat rugelach and frozen, bake-at-home rugelach. Our ready-to-eat rugelach have a shelf life of 21 days. Our bake-at-home rugelach, sold in the freezer aisle, are ready-to-bake and irresistibly fresh at all times.

We create a unique rugelach by utilizing modern baking techniques and decades old tradition. Triangles of dough are coated with chocolate or cinnamon and rolled into tight swirls. Then, they are brushed with a sugary glaze that seeps into the dough, creating a dense and 'wet' pastry. The rugelach are then baked to perfection, removed from the oven just as they start to turn a golden brown.
BAKING INSTRUCTIONS: Cook frozen, do not thaw.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 450°F. Remove all packaging and place rugelach on a baking sheet. Bake uncovered for 13 to 15 minutes or until they are golden brown.
Recommended sugar glaze (optional): In a separate cup, take 2 tablespoons hot water and 3 tablespoons sugar (not included) and mix well. Brush pastries generously with syrup mixture. Let cool for 5 minutes and enjoy
